Hello! We are so excited to begin working with you on your dream wedding. This small cost opens a big door to a lot of dreaming, planning, and possibility. Producing the wedding design of your dreams can be an overwhelming task and that is where we come in!



The Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation will give us the opportunity to sit down and get to know you, while also giving you the chance to share with us your must-haves and your biggest dreams. We take this time to look at images, jot down notes, think about all things aesthetic, and brainstorm. We also ask that you come prepared with an idea of a design budget, so that we know how we can service you best. 

After your first appointment, we will navigate through the overwhelming number of great ideas you’ve given to create one, cohesive design especially for you!



At your second appointment, we will present you with a design proposal that was inspired by you and created by us. At this meeting we figure out what works and what doesn’t; what you simply can’t live without and what may not be as crucial. We get the design to a place where we all can leave in excitement and anticipation. 

In order for us to make your date permanent on our calendar, a 50% deposit is required at the end of this second meeting. This deposit allows us to commit to you our time as well as allows you to take home all of the images, quotes, and ideas we have prepared for you. A deposit can be made at a later time, but until then we cannot ensure date availability, and we also have to keep your original design with us.


The In Between.

After booking we work alongside your planning team to ensure all aesthetic details for your day are cohesive and completing the overall design we’ve dreamt up with you. We will not only help you determine the rentals needed to properly execute your day, but we will book and attend your rental appointment to see all of those aspects come together. Additionally, we can work with you to create save-the-dates, invitations, day-of stationary, and anything else that will bring together the overall look and vibe of your day. 


The Final Appointment.

The final appointment will take place four to six weeks prior to your wedding day. At this meeting we invite you to bring any last minute design changes that might have happened since the last time we met. We will also take this time to confirm final drop off times and set-up procedure, as well as answer any questions you might have. We will also go over the remaining balance on your account and discuss any other details that need attention in order to make your dream wedding a reality.
